To arrive before Christmas, please order by:

• Tracked 48 (2–3 working days): 1pm on Friday 18 December
• Tracked 24 (next working day): 1pm on Monday 21 December
• Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1pm: 1pm on Wednesday 23 December, for delivery on Thursday 24 December

Sending a gift abroad? Please order by Monday 30 November for Australia, New Zealand and the Far East, Friday 4 December for the rest of the world, Monday 7 December for the USA and Canada, and Wednesday 9 December for Europe.

Left it late? Choose Click + Collect and pick it up from us in Settle.

UK delivery

We send every UK order by Royal Mail, tracked from our door to yours, with text and email updates along the way.

Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, usually leave us the same day. Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 delivery times are Royal Mail’s aim rather than a guarantee; Special Delivery is guaranteed.

If your order is too large or heavy for a standard parcel, we may need to charge extra for delivery. We’ll contact you with a quote first, and if you’d rather not go ahead, we’ll refund you in full.

We can’t deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

Click + Collect

Choose Click + Collect at checkout to pick up your order from our shop on Market Place, Settle. We’ll let you know when it’s ready. If you need it by a particular time, leave a note with your order and we’ll confirm.

International delivery

We send international orders by Royal Mail International Tracked, so you can follow your parcel all the way.

Prices cover parcels up to 2kg. For anything larger or heavier, we’ll contact you with a quote first, and if you’d rather not go ahead, we’ll refund you in full.

We can’t currently send to Russia or Belarus, as Royal Mail has suspended services there.

Customs, duties and import VAT: orders sent outside the UK, including to the EU, may be charged import duty, VAT or handling fees when they arrive. These are set by your country and are your responsibility. If a parcel comes back to us because these charges weren’t paid, we won’t refund the delivery cost and we’ll deduct 10% from your refund to cover our costs.

Returns

You can return unused items within 30 days of receiving them, and most Christmas purchases (bought between 1 November and 11 December 2026) until 10 January 2027. Return postage is at your cost unless an item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake. Full details are in our Refund policy.
