Car and Kitchen is an independent lifestyle store in Settle, in the Yorkshire Dales, and our Christmas Shop is chosen by the same team that runs the shop. You'll find Christmas gifts for her and for him, stocking fillers and Secret Santa ideas, and presents for Mum, Dad, friends and the little ones, from jewellery and cosy accessories to candles, mugs, books, games and food gifts.
For the house, there are decorations to dress the tree, candles and holders, Christmas lights, and crackers, napkins and tableware for the big day, plus Christmas cards to send.

FAQs
When's the last day to order for Christmas?
For UK delivery in time for Christmas, order by 1pm on Monday 21 December. We send UK orders by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and dispatch orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, the same day. Sending a gift abroad? Order as early as you can, as international parcels take longer.
Can you send a gift straight to the person it's for?
Yes. Enter their address as the delivery address and add a message in the gift note box in your basket. Our packing slips don't show prices, so the surprise stays a surprise.
Can Christmas gifts be returned?
Yes. Our usual returns window is 30 days, and Christmas gifts bought up to 24 December can be returned or exchanged until 24 January 2027. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Full details are in our refund policy.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes. Choose Click + Collect at checkout and pick it up from our shop on Market Place, Settle. We'll let you know when it's ready.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £5 by Royal Mail Tracked 24, and free on orders of £30 or more. International delivery is priced at checkout.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, from £10 to £100. It arrives by email straight away, can be spent online or in our Settle shop, and is valid for a year.
