Most hats, scarves and gloves are one size. Shoes, boots and trainers come in sizes, shown on each product page. If something doesn’t fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days as long as it’s unworn. Or call the shop on 01729 823638 and we’ll help you choose before you order.
Can I return accessories?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as items are unused and in their original packaging. Hair accessories can only be returned if they’re still in their original packaging. Earrings and other pierced jewellery can only be returned if the sealed packaging is unopened. Sale items can only be returned if they’re faulty. UK delivery is free on orders over £30.
