Do you stock Jellycat?
Yes. Our online range is Jellycat’s Amuseables, and new pieces come in through the year. If your favourite has sold out, check back or ask us when more is due.
How do I choose a present for a child?
Start with their age. Soft toys and baby gifts suit the youngest, games, puzzles and building sets come into their own as they get older, and a good book works at any age. Shop by budget to narrow it down, or start with our stocking fillers for smaller presents.
Are your toys suitable for under-3s?
Can I send a gift straight to someone?
Yes. Put their address in at checkout and add a message in the gift note box in your basket. We never put prices in the parcel.
How do you deliver?
Everything goes by Royal Mail. You’ll see the delivery options and prices at checkout before you pay.
What if something arrives broken?
If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo with your order number and we’ll sort a replacement or a refund.
I’ve seen something in the shop that isn’t on the website. Can I still buy it?
Not everything in the shop makes it online. Give us a ring or drop us an email, and we’ll tell you if it’s in stock and post it out.
