UK delivery

We send every UK order by Royal Mail, tracked from our door to yours.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days): £4.50, or free on orders of £40 or more
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day): £8.95
• Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm the next working day): £11.95
• Click + Collect from our Settle shop: free

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, the same day. Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 delivery times are Royal Mail’s aim rather than a guarantee; Special Delivery is guaranteed.

If your order is too large or heavy for a standard parcel, we may need to charge extra for delivery. We’ll contact you with a quote first, and if you’d rather not go ahead, we’ll refund you in full.

We can’t deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

Click + Collect

Choose Click + Collect at checkout to pick up your order from our shop on Market Place, Settle. We’ll let you know when it’s ready. If you need it by a particular time, leave a note with your order and we’ll confirm.

International delivery

We send international orders by Royal Mail International Tracked, so you can follow your parcel all the way.

Prices cover parcels up to 2kg. For anything larger or heavier, we’ll contact you with a quote first, and if you’d rather not go ahead, we’ll refund you in full.

We can’t currently send to Russia or Belarus, as Royal Mail has suspended services there.

Customs, duties and import VAT: orders sent outside the UK, including to the EU, may be charged import duty, VAT or handling fees when they arrive. These are set by your country and are your responsibility. If a parcel comes back to us because these charges weren’t paid, we won’t refund the delivery cost and we’ll deduct 10% from your refund to cover our costs.

Returns

You can return unused items within 30 days of receiving them, and most Christmas purchases (bought between 1 November and 11 December 2026) until 10 January 2027. Return postage is at your cost unless an item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake, and we recommend using a tracked service. Cancellations

To cancel before we’ve dispatched your order, call the shop on 01729 823638 or email web@carandkitchen.co.uk and we’ll refund you in full. We may cancel an order ourselves, in which case we’ll refund you in full.

We’ll only use your phone number if we need to contact you about your order. You can read how we use your details in our Privacy policy.

Car and Kitchen loyalty scheme

• You earn 1 point for every whole pound you spend on eligible goods, in the shop and online.
• To earn points online, you need to be logged in. In the shop, let the team know before you pay.
• Points can be exchanged for vouchers: 150 points for £5, 250 points for £10 and 500 points for £25.
• Points are valid for one year from when they’re issued and can’t be transferred between accounts.
• Once points are exchanged for a voucher, they can’t be returned to your account.
• Vouchers must be used within 12 months, can be used once in the shop or online, and are linked to your account, so you need to be logged in for them to work.
• Vouchers can be used on full-price and sale items. Some items are excluded, and these may change without notice.
• If you return items, any points earned on them are cancelled. If you’ve already used a voucher earned from that purchase, you may not receive a full refund.
• We may change or withdraw the scheme at any time, exclude customers from it, and refuse to issue points or honour vouchers if we believe the scheme is being misused.
